Terms & Conditions
The terms on which IndoMultiMeter quotes, sells and ships test, measurement and calibration instruments through indomultimeter.net. Please read them before placing an order.
Effective date: 11 August 2026
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of indomultimeter.net (the Site) and every sale of goods made through it by IndoMultiMeter (IndoMultiMeter, we, us, our). By browsing the Site, requesting a quotation or placing an order, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site.
These Terms operate together with our Returns & Warranty Policy and our Privacy Policy, both of which form part of your contract with us.
2. Business Customers
The Site is intended for businesses, institutions and professional users. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you have authority to bind the organisation named on the order, and that the goods are for business or professional use rather than personal consumption.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
3. Products, Specifications and Availability
- Product descriptions, specifications, datasheets and images are supplied by the manufacturer and are published for guidance. Manufacturers revise specifications without notice, and the current manufacturer datasheet prevails over anything shown on the Site.
- Images are illustrative. Accessories, cases, leads and probes shown in a photograph are included only where the listing says so.
- Listing a product on the Site is not a guarantee of stock. Availability is confirmed on your written quotation or order confirmation, not by the catalogue.
- Indent and made-to-order items are supplied against the factory lead time current at the date of confirmation.
- Where a model is discontinued between quotation and order, we will offer the nearest current equivalent for your approval before proceeding.
4. Quotations
Quotations are valid for the period stated on the quotation itself, and where no period is stated, for 14 calendar days from issue. A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding offer, and may be withdrawn or revised at any time before we confirm an order. Where the terms of a written quotation differ from the Site or from these Terms, the quotation prevails for that transaction.
5. Prices and Currency
- All prices are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD).
- Prices exclude shipping, insurance, import duties, value added tax, PPN, customs brokerage and any other levy, unless a quotation states otherwise in writing.
- Prices are subject to change without notice, reflecting manufacturer pricing, exchange rates and freight costs. The price that applies to your order is the price confirmed in writing at the time we accept it.
- We take care with pricing, but if a product is listed at a manifestly incorrect price we are not obliged to supply at that price. We will contact you to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order and return any payment received.
6. Orders and Formation of Contract
Your order is an offer to buy. No contract exists until we send a written order confirmation or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. An automated acknowledgement of payment is not an acceptance of your order.
We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or part, where the goods are unavailable, where pricing or product information was in error, where we cannot verify the payment or the customer, where supply would breach export control or sanctions rules, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. Where we cancel an accepted order for one of these reasons, we return the amount paid for the cancelled items.
7. Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments are processed by DePay. Goods are not dispatched until payment has cleared and, for on-chain payments, until the transaction has the required number of network confirmations.
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain it cannot be recalled, reversed or charged back by us, by DePay or by any intermediary. Check the amount, asset and network with care before you send.
Your responsibilities when paying in cryptocurrency
- Send the exact asset on the exact network shown at checkout. Funds sent on the wrong network, or in an unsupported token, are generally unrecoverable and are not our responsibility.
- Complete payment within the quoted payment window. Quoted crypto amounts are pegged to the USD price for a limited period; if the window expires you must obtain a fresh quote.
- Network fees, gas and exchange spreads are your cost. Underpayments leave the order unpaid until topped up; overpayments are credited against your order or refunded in the same asset, net of network fees, at our discretion.
- Keep the transaction hash. We need it to reconcile any payment enquiry.
We do not hold, store or have access to your wallet keys. Title to the goods passes to you on receipt of payment in full and cleared funds.
8. Taxes, Duties and Import Clearance
Unless a quotation states otherwise, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, value added tax, PPN, excise, customs brokerage, port charges, licences and permits applicable in the destination country, and for any local registration or type-approval that the goods require. These are payable by you directly to the carrier or authority and are not included in our price.
Goods refused, abandoned or returned to us because import charges were not paid, or because required permits were not obtained, are treated under Section 2 of the Returns & Warranty Policy. Costs incurred in the return are your responsibility.
9. Shipping, Delivery and Risk
Dispatch times, freight charges, customs and dangerous-goods handling are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on carrier schedules, customs clearance and manufacturer lead times. We are not liable for delay caused by carriers, customs authorities or events outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to you or to a carrier nominated by you. Where a delivery-fault claim arises, the reporting deadline and evidence requirements in Section 3 of the Returns & Warranty Policy apply.
10. Returns and Warranty
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and cash refunds are not issued. Instruments are covered by the manufacturer warranty stated on their product page, and delivery faults are handled within 3 × 24 hours of receipt. The full terms, including exclusions and the claim procedure, are set out in our Returns & Warranty Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Technical Advice and Suitability
Any specification guidance, application advice or model recommendation we give is offered in good faith on the basis of the information you provide. It does not transfer responsibility for the selection of the instrument. You remain responsible for confirming that a product is suitable, safe and compliant for your application, your measurement category, your environment and the standards you are audited against. Test and measurement instruments used outside their rating can cause injury, and the manufacturer safety documentation must be read before use.
12. Calibration Documentation
Where an instrument ships with a calibration certificate, that certificate records the condition of the instrument at the certificate date and is traceable to the standards named on it. Instruments drift in service, and maintaining calibration to your own interval is your responsibility. Recalibration is available from us as a paid service.
13. Export Control, Sanctions and End Use
Certain test, measurement and calibration instruments are subject to export control in their country of origin. By ordering you warrant that:
- You will not export, re-export, transfer or divert the goods in breach of any applicable export control or sanctions law.
- You are not, and are not acting on behalf of, a party subject to trade sanctions or a restricted-party listing.
- The goods will not be used in connection with nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, missile technology, or any other prohibited end use.
We may require end-use documentation before shipping and may cancel any order that we believe would breach these rules.
14. Use of the Site
You may not use the Site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape or harvest catalogue or pricing data by automated means, to introduce malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to any system, or in any way that interferes with its operation or with another user. We may suspend or terminate access where these Terms are breached.
15. Intellectual Property and Brand Names
The Site, its layout, text, graphics and code are owned by or licensed to IndoMultiMeter and may not be reproduced without written permission. Manufacturer names, model numbers, logos and trademarks — including Fluke, FLIR, Druck, Baker Hughes, Keysight, Additel, Megger, Tektronix and others — remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site to identify the products we supply. IndoMultiMeter is an independent supplier and reseller. Reference to a brand does not imply that the manufacturer endorses, sponsors or is affiliated with IndoMultiMeter, except where we state a distributor relationship in writing.
16. Third-Party Links
The Site links to manufacturer datasheets and other third-party resources for your convenience. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
17. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that catalogue content is complete, current or accurate at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties that are not expressly set out in these Terms or in the Returns & Warranty Policy. Nothing here affects the manufacturer warranty attaching to a product.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the goods giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of production, plant downtime, loss of contracts, loss of data, cost of substitute equipment, or the cost of any measurement, test or inspection being repeated.
- We are not liable for loss arising from the use of an instrument outside its rating or specification, from failure to follow manufacturer safety instructions, or from reliance on a measurement taken with an instrument that was due for recalibration.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights under Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen where that law applies to you.
19. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify IndoMultiMeter against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these Terms, from your misuse of the goods, or from your breach of any export control, sanctions, customs or import requirement.
20. Force Majeure
We are not in breach of these Terms, and are not liable for delay or non-performance, where the cause is outside our reasonable control. This includes natural disaster, fire, flood, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strike, port or customs closure, carrier failure, manufacturer or component shortage, sanctions, blockchain or payment network outage, cyber attack, and failure of utilities or telecommunications.
21. Privacy
Personal data collected through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and the version in force when you place an order is the version that governs that order.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If a dispute arises, both parties will first attempt to resolve it in good faith by negotiation within 30 days of written notice. Failing that, the dispute is submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Pengadilan Negeri Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia. Where the Indonesian and any translated version of these Terms differ, the Indonesian understanding of the underlying legal terms prevails.
24. General
- If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
- Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- These Terms, together with your order confirmation, quotation, the Returns & Warranty Policy and the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
- You may not assign your rights under a contract with us without our written consent.
